So week four starts off with Yoga X, my favorite…NOT! It is 1:30 minutes long so that might be one of the downsides but it is so repetitive and its not as easy as it looks. The moves are easy and doable yes, but your legs are getting most of the workout and it is not easy to hold the positions for so long. I am really trying to keep in positive and just go for it but I will admit I took brakes where I watched and would jump back in when I wanted to do the move. I finished it so that is all that counts, right? Tomorrow is Core something I have not yet down so I am hoping it will be more fun then Yoga. I mean it might not be the yoga, it might just be me. I guess when I can’t hold a pose I get mad and give up rather then just do as much as I can. I will be strong and I am hoping to finish supper strong with P90X after 90 days.
