Yoga X P90X Week 4

Yoga…I just can’t get into it and I don’t understand why! Today I decided to do only a few minutes of yoga about 20 and did the 40 minutes of stretch. The stretching felt amazing and just helped my tense muscles go away for a while. I also saw improvement in my flexibility and strength in my core muscles. I was able to do the scissors as long as they did and it was an amazing feeling. Tomorrow is stretch again and I can’t believe i will be done with month one. Two more months to go! I had a lot of bumps on the way but I think slowly I am coming around and I see the difference a month of working out has done for me and I want more! Hopefully I just keep with it and that there are no interuptions leading me away from my path.
