Yoga…. Tony Horton says: “Ab Ripper X, I hate it, but I love it!” well for me Yoga is a hate relationship not really a love one yet. I know in the fallowing weeks there will be a lot of yoga and stretch and all I can say is REALLY?! So this week I really struggled to do this and when I finally put on the DVD I had to go out after 20 minutes and getting back to it afterwords was hard! I did my best I know I can definitely do better but it is so repetitive and not that easy. Yoga X is more like a leg workout then anything. I am truly struggling with yoga x and I hope that I will gain more confidence in myself and do the whole thing and be proud of it. I do love the second part, stretch and don’t mind that at all but yoga… Tomorrow is Legs and Back and hopefully I can cheer my self up with that.
