I know that it is not easy to set aside one hour of your day, every day, and exercise but we have to push ourselves and do it. If you want to see faster weight loss and results, then your best bet is to exercise in the morning. If you exercise in the morning you will feel better, wake up sooner and burn more energy throughout the day. Some say, that exercise in the morning will also lead to better night’s sleep. Another reason why you should exercise in the morning is the time. If you leave exercise to when you come home or before bed, chances are something will come up or you will be exhausted to do anything. So if you want to get your day started off right, exercise in the morning and see and feel the difference then exercise in the afternoon or night.
