Back to Core Synergistics and it is just amazing! You are working out your legs, your abs, and your arms. You go from push-ups to squats and so on. I was sweating the whole way through the workout. By the end of the workout you just feel like you cant go any more but you have to push yourself. I really wanted to do the extra part of it but I just could not even bring myself to look at the moves. I went to the cool down and just took it all in. My tank top is wet to the extreme. This workout was much needed because I was freezing in the house and working out did the trick! Anyways tomorrow is Yoga and I think I will just do the stretch part of it. I have nothing against yoga but maybe one month after P90X I will devote my time to it…maybe.
