It is back to P90X Chest and Back. This time I used middle bands that feel extra tight and hard. My bands are not a set and are not what they use on P90X workouts but they work the same. Anyways, I did twenty standard push-ups the second time around and went from nine to fourteen diamond push-ups! You have no idea how happy, ecstatic, overwhelmed I am! The bomb divers I was able to do eight the first time and ten the second time around. I still need to work on that. I don’t know if it is because if my bad back or just me being wiped out and not being able to do it. This is a little stupid of me to say, but I love to flex my arms now. After every push-up or pull-up exercise I was flexing my little arms and loving the results. Hopefully I don’t get too cocky with this and keep it on a normal level. After the workout came Ab RipperX and I did it! The bicycle really gets to me but I pushed myself and did it. I did about 22 reps forward and reverse. The reverse one is hard and I’m just looking at my legs making sure I am truly going back. Anyways, I pushed myself to actually do all the exercises and managed to go about 12 wide leg sit-ups my way which is struggling and forcing myself to get up. I also did about twelve leg climbs which is good because last time I struggled with this as well. Anyways, tomorrow is Plyo and all I have to say is ‘BRING IT!’
