So one month is down and two more to go! I took these pictures a few days ago but it is my month end results. So far so good! Now if I was on the P90X nutrition guide I know I would have even better results. My goal for now is to get strong and to build muscles. I eat as healthy as I can and maybe soon enough I will try the nutrition plan. Anyways, I love stretch P90X because it is easy and goes by fast and you muscles are able to breath! Yesterday I did more stretch then yoga so it felt a little redundant but it was still good. Hopefully I keep up my okay work and get better time management and handling on this.
