Stretch Week 3 of P90X

Stretching is something we should do everyday, warm up our bodies and release some tension. P90X Stretch is amazing. It is a little over 58 minutes long and your bones and muscles will thank you for it. I loved it and looking forward to week four. Week four starts off with Yoga X but I will just have to stop complaining and do it. Yoga X is in every single week of the workout routine and I really need to learn to love it. Tony Horton says it is what makes him strong and be able to do what he does. I will do my best to love it and forget the rest. Yoga X I am ready to bring it!
