Stretch was really great! It was not hard at all. Every move is doable and can be modified to your liking. It is about 58 minutes long but goes by fast. The one thing I did not get was going to the mat, then getting up, then mat again, but I guess that is what he calls ‘muscle confusion’ but its more like ‘human confusion’. I have a horrible back, neck, left knee, and a bad left wrist so I hope that doing more of this stretch will help me with all of these. I know it can’t work over night but hay in two more months I hope to see muscles, strength and have less pain! Right now I feel really good and realized that somehow I am more stretchable in my left leg in some positions and other poses in my right. I must be one of those weird people who’s body doesn’t really know how to explain itself. Anyways, I loved this stretch part somewhat like the Yoga stretch part but better since no yoga involved, well a little downward dog and plank but it is all good. Tomorrow is back to Core Synergistics and I can’t wait to work my tush off.
