Well I can say that this is one of those workouts that go by fast and it is fun. You get a great workout and then get to do abs in the end. What more could you be asking for? This time I used my heavy bands and my light ones for triceps extensions. I still need to work on getting stronger. Right now I am taking one thing at a time and enjoying it. I can already start to see the definition in my abs and my abs as well as my legs. This time I finished the Ab Ripper X on a better note. I was able to do the bicycle all the way and did 20 or more reps of the rest of the workout. Tomorrow is yoga and I am dreading it. I would love to skip it altogether but according to Tony Horton Yoga X is what will make you strong. I will just have to fight myself real hard and just do it.
