Plyo Week 3 of P90X

Today was Plyometrics once again and I don’t think I sweated this much before! I don’t know if it was the humidity in my room or the workout but my back was drenched. This workout is composed of a lot of squats and lunges pretty much and your body will love it, hopefully. The first ten minutes are the warm up but boy do you get a workout. I was panting and begging for a break to get some water and it came at about 16 minutes into the workout. All I can say about this workout is that it is great, you can definitely do it and there are modified moves to help you finish the workout your way. I think P90X is really simple to fallow and the moves are really not that crazy. All you have to do it watch and fallow along. I used to sit for hours and watch the P90X infomercial when I could have been one of the people on the television doing the actual workout. I’m hoping that P90X will be my everyday routine and will not just stop after 90 days.
