P90X Yoga Week 2

So Week 2 day 4 is Yoga again and it is by far my least favorite. The first fifty minutes are all vinyasa, downward dog, warrior 1, 2, backward and so on. It gets repetitive and each move you have to do three times. I know it is probably good for you but most of the time during these 50 minutes I was watching and did the finishing of the moves. The other 40 minutes, yes I said the other 40 minutes were great. It’s more about stretching and nothing to crazy. Every more even the first 50 minutes were doable I just hate myself for not fully jumping in and doing it. Once again I loved the last step where you chant. I was definitely making weird noises but it did feed great. Tomorrow is legs and back, something that I don’t mind at all.
