P90X Workout Day 3

I just finished P90X Shoulders and Arms and my bones are actually in pain! I was really fighting myself with doing this workout because I am still in pain from the first workout. This third workout just topped everything. I used my bands and changed from light to medium depending on the move. The workout went pretty good and the moves are actually simple you just have to do them! I did everything 10 to 12 reps and did 16 when it was needed or at least tried. I also did or attempted to do the Ab Ripper X but only did about five minutes of the workout before turning off the computer and leaving the room. Tomorrow is yoga time and I am not looking forward to it at all. When I think of yoga I think of hard, complicated moves with weird twisted poses and I know I won’t be able to do any of that.

Right now I am happy that I am actually pushing myself to get up and do the workouts. My two kittens look at me funny and can’t help themselves to try and play with the bands while I use them, or go under my yoga man and play hide-and-seek.
