You know, I am really not a big fan of plyo. I think it wasn’t the workout itself but me. I wasn’t in the mood to work out but I made sure to push myself and did it anyways. I hurt my ankles as well so that did not help me out at all. I was unable to jump up with good ankles imagine with bad ones. I really can’t jump! The workout is super long but Tony Horton does make it fun. The time goes by fast enough and you do feel a little different and better about yourself. I keep going to the mirror and checking out my new arm muscles. They are getting there and soon enough my month will be over and off to another great month and then the final stage. I really can’t wait for my results. It’s not all about muscles, it’s also about improving my horrible back and my endurance that I don’t have.
