So today was Chest and Back again and I loved it. I didn’t wait right before bed time to workout and I was able to do more push-ups. Last week I did 13 and today I did 18 standard push-ups. Last week I was also having trouble doing two Diamond Push-ups and today I did seven and then 10 by going on my knees! Decline push-ups with the chair is still a challenge and I was able to sort of do five… What I am proud of now is actually doing Ab Ripper X right after the Chest and Back workout. The V-up roll ups are a real challenge to me as well as the cross legs/wide legs sit-ups. I will work at this better and hopefully be able to do both of these. Another thing I am extremely proud of is being able to do 20 reps of bicycles on each side. I will get to 25 soon enough.
