So today I could have taken a day off or continued with P90X and do the Stretch exercise, and that is exactly what I did. I did not enjoy this all too well at first because the moves were very repetitive. The heat was on and I was tired but I wanted to finish P90X Stretch strong and not just turn off the computer and watch television. The second half of the Stretch workout was pretty good and I realized that I’m not in a good flexible shape as I should be. I will definitely have to work out on that. When you are a teenager everything came easy, or at least was easier to put down your forehead and touch your knee with it. After the workout I decided to take some pictures. I’ve lost the ones I took before starting the 10 Minute Trainer. I was actually pleasantly surprised at what two weeks of 10 Minute Trainer and one week of P90X did for my body. Looking at my back picture I saw a real difference in my arms; they are getting toned down and I love it! Tomorrow I start this whole thing all over again, but for now I can truly say that I’m getting stronger and I feel healthier. I will most certainly ‘Bring it’ for 90 days.
