P90X Review Day 4

So I will be brutally honest even though I don’t want to. Last night I came home extra late and was starving. I ate a slice of pizza and went to bed without doing yoga so I was really disappointed with myself. Today I did do yoga and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. There was only one weird yoga-ish move where u attempt to stand on your hands but since you are a beginner you place a pillow and lean over with your head and stand on your tiptoes until you get strong enough to stand on your hands.

The first part f the yoga was very repetitive with plant, downward dog, warrior stand one, two, opposite warrior and so on. The moves vary each time but it wasn’t my cup of tea. The second part of the yoga felt like yoga and I was into it. Here is the thing; this workout is supper long one hour and 30 minutes, so make sure to give yourself some free time to do it. The ending was great and the chanting felt really good. Tomorrow is legs and back and I will not miss it! I think I have pretty okay legs but they are chicken legs that need a lot of muscle power.
