P90X Review Day 2 Plyometrics

Yesterday’s workout killed me! My arms are in so much pain that it’s hard to move or even attempt to bring them up. The whole day I was dreading to do the P90X Plyometrics but after a long day, a nice meals and 2 hours of rest I got up and did the work out. Plyometrics is a lot of fun and even though I was in horrible pain from the previous day I finished the whole workout without pausing the video and giving up. The Plyometrics was all about squats and jumping pretty much and is about 59 minutes long. It is composed of a few moves which you do twice then another set of different moves which you repeat and so on. Half way through the video I wanted to give up and lay down on the floor but I pushed myself and did it. I have a knee problem and a dislocated disk in my beck but I finished the workout and made no excuses. This time I am all about finishing the P90X without giving up!

I am in no shape or form overweight, and my mother refers to me as ‘too skinny’ all the time, but I am in horrible physical shape. I feel like an old woman and I’m only in my early 20s! I made excuses before that my bad knee and back were preventing me from working out but if other people with one leg or same knee problems can work out then I sure can. I watch The Biggest Looser and if they are so driven and push themselves to the limit then I can do the same! I’m tired of excuses, I’m extremely tired of being lazy, and I’m tired of being frail. It is truly the time to ‘Bring it!’ and I will! Right now my arms are shaking and my legs feel like they will fall off but that means I worked out and my body will thank me in the long run.
