My P90X Review

My name is Amra and this My P90X Workout Review. For two weeks I tried 10 Minute Trainer, gained some energy and strength and decided it was time to move on to P90X. The reason I started the program was because I had high cholesterol, low energy, and just plainly out of shape. With just one week on P90X I was exhausted but I definitely felt the difference. My goal is to finish the three month challenge and be a stronger, more physically active me.
