Legs and Back is fun even though you feel it everywhere and much more. The wall stand is becoming easier now and I guess my legs are stronger. It’s good to know what 3 weeks can do for a person. The dead lift squats are fun where you have to squat on one leg pretty much and hold your balance. The Sneaky Lunges are long and I ended up stopping two before the end. I do love the calf raise all three different versions. The 80-20 Sieber Speed Squats are a killer and since they are towards the end you just feel it! The jumping up part, well since I can’t jump I did a tiny little, barely up jump. Some people are meant to jump, but not me. Anyways I’m glad I am done with this one and did by Ab Ripper X! I can’t believe I am two days away from a new P90X week 4 plan. Can’t wait to bring it!
