Today’s workout was much needed. I wasn’t feeling all that great and needed to snap out of it. I loved this workout as much as I love Shoulders and Arms. My legs and back just got the right amount of workout and it got me up and moving afterward. I thought that after the workout I wouldn’t be able to do the Ab Ripper X but I did. I was able to do the bicycle all the way this time and all other moves 20 reps with the exception of wide leg sit ups and leg raise but at least I attempted to do them and did a little more than last time. I did six this time and it will only increase. The mason twist I did as many as Tony and his team which was I think 50! I could have kept on going. I think my ab muscles are coming back to life once again and I can’t wait to see them in full view.
