Week four is becoming a real challenge because I have a lot on my plate but I really do not want to start missing out on the workouts. I am not too big of a fan of Kenpo but it does the job. With Kenpo you will most certainly sweat! I took off my shirt and was so dehydrated even though I was drinking water. Even now typing this, I am dehydrated! I am not good at side kicks or back kicks but i will work on it. This week should not be too difficult, I just need to make sure to do it! So if you are looking to work out, sweat, and learn some karate moves then you will love Kenpo. It might even be fun to do it with your energetic kids. It will drain them out.
