A healthy way to have them is baked in the oven and avoiding adding sour cream or butter on them. Another thing to consider when eating your veggies is the dressing you put on them. Instead of covering everything up in your favorite dressing, place a little dressing on the side and dip instead. Dressings are usually not a good choice because they are loaded with calories so look for an alternative dressing like lemon juice or dressings sprays. Remember, you need to add vegetables to your diet not have it as your everyday meal. </p>

Kids that play sports can indulge in bananas and are full of potassium so if you are in pain you should munch down on one. Fruits you can indulge in that are low in sugar are barriers and they taste great so there is no downfall unless you are allergic to them. If you are low on your vitamin C consider eating a kiwi. One small kiwi has 74 mg of vitamin C and 2.8 grams of fiber! Speaking of fiber, blackberries have 10 grams of fiber in one cup, wow! And if your stomach needs a little extra help with letting stuff out, prunes are your shining fruits ready to help. So this summer, try to avoid that big bag of chips and replace it with a cup of fruits instead. Your body will thank you.  </p>

To make my diet a little more ‘healthier’ I have been using whole wheat flour when I bake or need to use flour. I thought that low fat yogurt was better than plain yogurt but it is filled with sugar! So now I try extremely hard to avoid sugar and make sure I consume 15 gram to about 25 grams of sugar everyday. It is extremely hard to have only 15 grams of sugar in your diet when every single thing you pick up has sugar! Right now I will try my best and advise everyone to do the same. Always make sure to look at your labels and even if it says it is all natural, full of protein and fiber, make sure to know how much sugar there is. Even milk has sugar so don’t be fooled by bold letters and products that ‘sound’ good.  </p>

Each time you work out you can use a heavier weight or resistance band and push yourself a little harder. </p>
<p>Throughout the videos, Tony Horton explains the whole ‘muscle confusion’ technique that is associated with P90X. Usually after a while in the gym your body gets used to the workouts and you stop seeing results. With P90X ‘muscle confusion’ there is not time to get bored. Just when your body knows what is going on, you have to pop in a new DVD and start another amazing workout. You can’t get that in the gym. </p>
<p>Another reason why you can’t get bored of P90X is because there are 12 DVDS that work out your body differently.
