<p>Now that you have your tools you need to make a schedule and stick with it. The best time to work out is in the morning so that you can burn calories throughout the day. Working out at night can excite you and might deprive you of sleep. Make sure to warm up your body by stretching and jogging in place to get your heart rate up before doing any strict workouts. <p>Cardio is the time when you want to increase your hearth rate as much as possible for maximum calorie burning and sweating. Start your cardio by marching in place, jogging, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, side-kicks, mountain climbers, side-to-side jumping lunges, plyo-jacks and finish off with marching in place and slowing down your heart rate with stretches.</p>
<p>Toning your arms and shoulders can be done with planks, arm circles, shoulder press, triceps push-back, overhead bend, lateral raise, and arm curls.</p>
<p>For tighter and stronger legs do lunges, squats, calf raises, wall squat, and wide leg squats. You should do 3 sets of 12.</p>
<p>Who needs a gym when you have everything you need at home from free space to your own comfort and time schedule. So you can stop contemplating about joining a gym when all you need is time and will power to do everything at home.</p>

The difference between being a teenager and an adult is our metabolism and age. As we get older our metabolism slows down and we are less active. Adding unhealthy choices on top of not working out is the result of why we gain weight and extra flab. Since we can’t all afford personal chefs nor do we have the money to order healthy weight lose food to our doors, but are other things we can do instead:<img class="alignright" title="Vegetables and Fruits" src="http://www.workoutreviewsresults.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Vegetables_and_fruits.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="321" /></p>
<p>-Consume more protein in our diets. Protein will help you restore muscle tissue and will help increase your metabolism. Protein will also help with muscle soreness especially after your workouts.  <a title="Buy P90X" href="http://www.workoutreviewsresults.com/buy-p90x/">Tony Horton’s P90X</a> workout program also focuses a lot on protein and the recipes in the Nutrition Plan are full of protein options and meals. Fish, poultry, nuts, vegetables, and beans all have a good source of protein.</p>
<p>-Add more vegetables and fruits to your diet. Instead of eating ice cream for dessert eat a bowl of fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, melon, and so on. Bananas are high in fat so if you are not planning on working out afterwards, avoid this delicious fruit. When preparing your meals make sure to incorporate at least one or two vegetables such as peas, broccoli, green peppers, mushrooms, and so on.</p>

<p>-If you are craving something sweet do not go for candy, instead make a smoothie with your favorite fruits. <p>Q: I am a female and don’t want to get bulky, should I not try <a title="P90X" href="http://www.workoutreviewsresults.com/buy-p90x/">P90X</a>?<br />
A: No! It is actually really hard for women to get ‘bulky’ and have huge muscles and takes a lot of time, weights, and food. If you want to get leaner, stronger, and feel sexier, P90X can be easily modified to your liking. Instead of lifting 25lbs weights, you should stick to 5lbs, bands, or whatever feels comfortable.</p>
<p>Q: Do I need to fallow the P90X Nutrition Guide?<br />
A: The P90X Nutrition Guide is there to help you learn about healthy eating and reverse your eating habits. The Nutrition Guide will help you eat the right food, fill you up, give you the energy you need to complete the workouts, and change the way you think about food. If you fallow the Nutrition Guide and P90X workouts together, you will see faster and better results. Choosing to fallow the P90X Nutrition Guide is up to you.</p>
<p>Q: I want sexy abs, can I just do the Ab Ripper X?<br />
A: No. Working out your abs daily will not reduce your body fat and will not give you the abs you crave. Exercise and your diet will help you burn body fat faster and will give you the results you want. P90X has 12 DVDs for a reason; to help you get every inch of your body in tip-top shape not just your abs. Ab Ripper X will help you strengthen your core muscles so that you may be able to do other workouts with ease.</p>
<p>Q: I have a bad back/bad knee/ chronic pain, etc, can I still try P90X?<br />
A: Absolutely! In all of the P90X videos, Tony Horton makes sure to show you how to adopt the moves that will work for you. Whether you want to avoid injury or are not ready for the intensity yet, there is a modified way of doing something for everyone.</p>
<p>Q: Should I start with the DVDs right away?<br />
A: This depends on you. You could try a few DVDs first such as Kenpo X or Yoga X and let your body get used to the different moves and soreness. I started with the first seven DVDs and then after a week I fallowed the P90X calendar.<br />
Q: Do I need to purchase the Recovery Drink or the Supplements?<br />
A: This again is up to you. If you believe it will help you with your workout and results, you should try one or both of the products. I did not try either one and just fallowed the P90X workouts instead.</p>
<p>Q: What if I skip a day or two of the routine, what should I do?<br />
A: We all have those days where we feel like we can’t even move our bodies to take a shower never mind getting up and working out. If you missed a day or two or even more, I suggest going back to the last workout and redoing it. Having a partner or friend with you will mean that you have someone to motivate and push you to finish the workout. If you don’t have anyone, there is always the Free Online Support at Beachbody waiting to help you.</p>
<p>Q: I don’t see any results after 30 days, what’s wrong?<br />
A: Roma was not built in one day and neither can your body. The first 30 days on P90X are the hardest where you have to learn to eat more and exercise six days a week. P90X promises results in 90 days so just stick with it! The first month is when your body is in shock and has to adjust to everything new that you do.</p>
<p>Q: I am done with the three months program, now what?<br />
A: Stick with it! After three months you should be doing more push-up, pull-ups, feel stronger, look better and leaner, and your overall health should be on track. After three months of P90X, you can still do the workouts and you should still fallow the DVDs by increasing your weights and challenging your body. If you want to keep the body that you have created or even improve it even more, then stick with P90X and keep on bringing it. If you crave a bigger challenge, purchase P90X2 and see what you are made of.</p>

Remember, you need to add vegetables to your diet not have it as your everyday meal. </p>
