Today I was glued to the computer watching endless amount of shows which is horrible and I can’t wait for it to get warmer outside so I’m not glues to my computer or television! I did the workout pretty late because I lost track of time and when I saw that it was 730 I jumped, went to my room, turned on P90X, and got to work. The legs and back workout of P90X was really good. I didn’t over do it this time and I kept it with the light bands. Next week I will move to medium bands maybe… I actually finished the Ab Ripper X this time and am extremely proud. The bicycle was the most challenging of the moves pretty much and my legs would be on fire trying to stay up and attempt to make circles. Hopefully I will be able to do better next time.
It’s 9:20 PM now and I’m going to bed. One tip for the day: do not have a beer right before the workout or even an hour before because you will be sweating like a pig and be extremely dehydrated. Plus, I had to make sure to really do the workout to burn off those extra 110 calories.
