Core Synergistics Week 4 P90X

Core synergistics is not too bad. It really is an all out everything workout. The main idea is to engage your core muscles and just fallow along as much as you can. I was a little drained out and took my time on the workouts but it was fun. I don’t know how I managed to hurt my bad knee but I did so I had to be careful on the squats. The Superman-Banana was fun but once again I had to make sure that I didn’t turn to my left because of my damaged hip. I was hit by a car when I was 17 and its never been the same. I am my own personal weather machine. Anyways, back Core Synergitics it worked out your abs, legs, and my arms. There were a few variations of push-ups and I didn’t do all that good. The Sphinx push-ups were okay because I did them by having my knees on the floor. The whole workout I pretty much just fallowed Pam and I was feeling the burn. I was going to do the Over-time workout but I just could not do the first move and moved on to cool down. After Kenpo and Stretch its back to Core Sync and I am aiming to do better next time and actually do the extra workout.
