While P90X is helping me stay in shape and really tone up, it has been hard to fallow the Nutrition Guide. I have a very picky eater of a husband and making two different meals each time does not make sense. To make my diet a little more ‘healthier’ I have been using whole wheat flour when I bake or need to use flour. I thought that low fat yogurt was better than plain yogurt but it is filled with sugar! So now I try extremely hard to avoid sugar and make sure I consume 15 gram to about 25 grams of sugar everyday. It is extremely hard to have only 15 grams of sugar in your diet when every single thing you pick up has sugar! Right now I will try my best and advise everyone to do the same. Always make sure to look at your labels and even if it says it is all natural, full of protein and fiber, make sure to know how much sugar there is. Even milk has sugar so don’t be fooled by bold letters and products that ‘sound’ good.
